Services Provided
Amelia Wedding Concierge provides guest logistics coordination for destination weddings and private visitors to Amelia Island and surrounding areas. Services may include travel coordination, reservations, referrals, itinerary planning, and curated experiences.

Role of Amelia Wedding Concierge
Amelia Wedding Concierge acts as a coordinator and facilitator between clients and third party vendors. We do not own, operate, or control restaurants, transportation providers, childcare services, boat charters, or other vendors.

We are not responsible for vendor performance, cancellations, weather conditions, pricing changes, service interruptions, or third party disputes.

Payment Terms
Payment for wedding guest coverage packages is required to reserve planning capacity for your event date.

Custom guest services begin at published minimum rates and are quoted individually based on scope.

All payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments and Stripe. Processing fees are non refundable.

Guest Request Limits
Wedding coverage packages include a defined number of guest requests as outlined in the selected package. A guest request represents coordination for one guest or household and may include multiple related arrangements.

Additional guest requests beyond the selected package may incur additional fees.

Unused guest requests do not roll over and are not refundable, as planning capacity is reserved in advance.

Planning Guidelines
To ensure quality coordination:

• Guest requests should be submitted at least fourteen days prior to arrival whenever possible.
• Custom or signature experiences may require additional lead time.
• Availability during peak season may be limited for last minute arrangements.

Limitation of Liability
Amelia Wedding Concierge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from vendor services, travel delays, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
