During my daughter’s destination wedding on Amelia Island, I realized something important. The ceremony was flawless, but once guests extended their stays and began asking what to do next, there was no one guiding the experience beyond the event itself. In one of the island’s busiest seasons, reservations were scarce and extended visits felt unstructured. The wedding was beautiful, yet the weekend felt unfinished.

Amelia Wedding Concierge was created to close that gap. I exist to protect a couple’s peace while ensuring guests feel supported, informed, and thoughtfully cared for from arrival to departure. With decades of connection to this island and a heart for hospitality, my goal is simple: bring calm, clarity, and confidence to every destination wedding weekend.

  • Pricing is based on your wedding guest count rather than individual requests. This allows me to provide structured, dedicated support for your guests throughout the wedding weekend without tracking each request individually.

  • Guest coverage includes coordination for accommodations, dining reservations, transportation, childcare referrals, beach setups, spa services, and curated island experiences. My role is to ensure guests feel supported and informed from arrival to departure.

  • Yes. I serve as a dedicated point of contact for your guests, answering questions and coordinating logistics so you and your family can remain fully present during the celebration.

  • Coverage is designed to support your full guest experience, so to maintain a high level of service, I accept a limited number of weddings per month and prioritize timely, organized requests.

  • Guests are encouraged to submit requests at least two weeks prior to arrival. For custom experiences or peak-season bookings, additional lead time is recommended.

  • Guests are responsible for vendor costs such as dining, activities, transportation, or childcare. Wedding guest coverage includes coordination, communication, and planning support, not vendor fees.

  • No. Wedding planners manage the event itself. Amelia Wedding Concierge focuses exclusively on guest logistics and personalized support so couples and planners are not interrupted with guest questions.

  • Yes. We work alongside planners and venue teams to ensure guest logistics align smoothly with the overall wedding timeline.

  • Because I take on a limited number of weddings to provide a high-touch experience, I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring and fall dates.

  • A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to reserve your wedding date, with the remaining balance due prior to guest outreach beginning.
