During my daughter’s destination wedding on Amelia Island, I realized something important. The ceremony was flawless, but once guests extended their stays and began asking what to do next, there was no one guiding the experience beyond the event itself. In one of the island’s busiest seasons, reservations were scarce and extended visits felt unstructured. The wedding was beautiful, yet the weekend felt unfinished.
Amelia Wedding Concierge was created to close that gap. I exist to protect a couple’s peace while ensuring guests feel supported, informed, and thoughtfully cared for from arrival to departure. With decades of connection to this island and a heart for hospitality, my goal is simple: bring calm, clarity, and confidence to every destination wedding weekend.

A guest request represents coordinated planning support for one guest or household. A single request may include multiple related arrangements such as transportation, childcare, and dining reservations. Separate, unrelated planning needs submitted at different times may be counted individually.

Couples select their preference at booking. If your included request limit is reached, you may approve additional requests at $125 per request, or allow guests to cover coordination fees individually. This ensures flexibility while protecting your reserved planning capacity.

To maintain a high-touch experience, a limited number of weddings are accepted each month. Early booking is recommended to secure your date.

A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to reserve your wedding date, with the remaining balance due prior to guest outreach beginning.
